This book is a goldmine for senior citizens. It contains
detailed information on advocacy, agencies which help seniors,
bargain hunting tips, second careers, donations, credit,
day care centers, food assistance, granny flats, health fairs,
ID cards, legal aid, library services, outreach programs,
probate, toll-free numbers, transportation and a whole host of
issues pertinent to senior citizens. The work contains
information on the identification and treatment of a whole
host of senior citizen disease processes i.e. Alzheimer's,
arteriosclerosis, arthritis, cataracts, cancer etc.

There is a good protocol for cleaning the teeth by mixing
baking soda with a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide.
